MONDAYS 6-7pm: Gentle Yoga £5
This class will ease out aches and slowly increasing mobility and functional movement.
We will end with relaxation.

WEDNESDAYS 6-7pm: Strong Yoga £5 (not suitable for beginners)
A warming class to help build functional movement and increase strength.
Playing with all sorts of yoga movements and postures.
Ending with relaxation.

THURSDAYS 7.30pm: Evening Yoga £4 
These classes will help you to learn the basics of yoga.
Working on simple postures and poses and helping you to create a deep awareness of your mind and body. Looking at the magical power of effective breathing and its amazing restorative properties.

SATURDAYS 9-10am: Bounce into Spring £ by donation
Shake off the winter blues (and pandemic pounds) with this fun music-based class.
Includes a gentle warm-up, energetic Kundalini-Style practices, 
the breath of fire and a relaxation - 
perfect for improving energy levels and embracing the change of season.

The Lymphatic System

Cost-£8.00

Workshop designed to teach you all about the lymphatic system
and how it is vital to maintain a healthy immune system.

Kerry has 8 years experience working as a lymphoedema specialist,
so is looking forward to sharing her knowledge with you
about how to improve the functioning of your lymphatic system,
in order to improve your overall health, remove toxins and improve vitality.
(The system produces B and T cells which are directly responsible for fighting the covid-19 virus.)
Kerry's workshop will cover the physiology of the lymphatic system,
how to improve the function of it with massage, skin care and diet,
yoga postures which specifically help to drain the tissues and improve muscular activity
and lymphatic function.
