Yin Flow

7.15-8.30pm £10

Yin Flow allows time to totally relax and recharge. We will approach our practice through initial relaxation; then slowly explore the spine, movement and breath through gentle vinyasa flow, leading to a sequence of yin postures, into which we slowly and gradually release.

Yin yoga is very meditative, but can also be deceptively strong – so through experimentation and exploration, we can create opportunities to energise and strengthen our body, as well as quieten our mind. The perfect antidote for a busy/hectic lifestyle!

The session ends with a lovely long relaxation into which we can sink, smile and fully let go.
