My Magic Mondays classes are a real mixed bag and I incorporate a range of styles and practices into each session, from hatha and restorative, to full power vinyasa, variety is the spice of life after all. If you are looking for a general introduction to yoga or want to learn and practice a full range of yoga techniques these classes would be great for you.

I keep the classes fun and it is my mission not only to guide you through your practice but also to take time to explain the reasons we do each specific movement or posture, and and what effects it can have on the body. My aim in doing this is to give you a practice that you feel confident doing on your own, anywhere, anytime and can be used to maintain optimal physical and mental health.

Inspired by Ashtanga Yoga, My Vinyasa Flow classes are a little more structured and each week follows the same sequence of standing postures to begin with, before taking on some different strength or balance based flows. The set structure that we follow each week allows you to grow faster and also track your progress more easily. These classes are ideal for yoga improvers and fitness enthusiasts.
