Bone Strength
4.30 - 5.30pm. £12, or 4 consecutive sessions for £40. Payment in advance. Physiotherapist led Pilates class specifically targeting those who wish to work on strengthening their bones and bodies. If you have osteoporosis, osteopenia or are post menopausal and worried about your bone health but also want to strengthen your body, stay flexible and also work on balance this is a class for you. Mixed Level Pilates
5.45-6.45pm. £10, or £9 per class when booking a block of 4. Payment in advance. A stronger mixed level class, suitable for advanced beginners to intermediate level ability. This is a more dynamic session where we will be getting on and off the floor regularly, challenging our body strength and building up our stamina. Every session is tailored to the groups' needs. Every new member will receive a telephone assessment free of charge so we can discuss your goals to make sure the classes are tailored to maximise your progress. Slow and Somatic Yoga

An holistic practice that is ideal for anyone seeking to manage stress and anxiety, those seeking a gentle and mindful yoga practice.
