We know there's a long list of stern sounding rules, protocols and procedures,
but please read and understand them before attending class, so that we can all be kept happy and safe!
but please read and understand them before attending class, so that we can all be kept happy and safe!
You will be required to fill out a participation form when attending class for the first time.
Each teacher will have a separate form.
Each teacher has individual payment policies.
Turn your mobile phone to silent, or if you need it on, then have it on vibrate next to your mat.
Best not to have anything heavy to eat for 2 hours before class (see Q&A for more info).
Try not to wear strong perfume.
Remember you don't have to do all the practices in class - Yoga is about self awareness, giving yourself time to recharge,
so build your practice over time, ease off when needed and when all else fails.... focus on your breath!
