Gentle Vinyasa Flow
7.30-9 pm £9 A gentle and complete practice in which we move through a flowing sequence of different yoga poses that link together to build flexibility, strength, balance and coordination. Gentle flowing movement, connecting breath, mind and body. Ideal for mixed ability (beginner and intermediate students) and anyone seeking a complete whole body practice.
